My UIF maternity journey was extremely tough as I app**** for my maternity benefit just as COVID hard lock down was implemented. All UIF resources were assigned to TERS and very little was done for maternity claims.

I tried to claim myself, but failed as I could not get any feedback from the department for why they rejected my claim. I contacted Sweet Dreamz and they took over the process.
