Poor Service - Don't waste your money

I am very disappointed in the service received. Months (November 2018) before going on maternity leave the salary and UI19 forms were sent through and asked to be checked as the employers completed per period and not per month, on numerous occasions it was asked if all the forms were correct and any incorrect forms were corrected and resent. In the end I was informed that all was in order. Now (January 2019) when enquiring as to when my forms will be submitted I am suddenly informed that the UI19 forms which I was told were fine are incorrect. As I see this company is very defensive I would also like to state that I have all the email evidence that I can provide. I am now forced to go and obtain all the original documents again and submit it all myself as I find that this company is clearly *********** and I will not get my UIF money. When initially contacting them I stressed my fear of not getting my UIF income and I was told not to worry, I should have trusted my gut instinct and just done it myself, I would have had R775 extra right now that would not have been wasted. I would not recommend this company to anyone, you are better off submitting your forms yourself.
