Pathetic UIF assistance

Since ive been on maternity leave I have had to follow up over and over again with this company on my payments. Most of the time they were uninformed about the status of my payouts and often ill-informed me. I am completely disappointed as I do not need an ineffective middleman on top of having to deal with Labour. Im already back at work and YET I am still not paid and they are still enquiring a sto why- as they were two weeks ago.

pathetic service to say the least. I would NOT recommend them to ANY ONE!
