Nothing but nightmares

This business was recommended by Mediclinic, which is shocking, to say the least. In the beginning they appear extremely helpful and friendly but turns out they are just a bunch of ********s. After 2 years of waiting for the R20000 legally owing to me (after finally resorting to go the uif offices myself) I have still not gotten to the bottom of what went wrong, thanks to sweet dreams incompetence and constant evasion. They just had one excuse after another of how it was the labour department's system error. Sweet dreams do not take any initiative to follow up themselves or make good on their promises, once they have your money they could care less about customer service. If they do respond it is always from a different name so you can't figure out who you're supposed to be dealing with. If I had gone straight to the labour department i would have had my money in a matter of weeks. Now it seems impossible to undo the damage and this nightmare company has cost me hugely in time and money, the exact k in opposite of what they promise. It is amusing to see them defensively respond to other negative ratings in such an unprofessional manner, which just shows what kind of 'business' they really are. My advice - stay away!
