Maternity UIF claim

For my very complicated case to claim maternity (due to my work filling incorrect details) Sweet Dreamz helped me to process my claim.

I’m giving 4 stars because communications could have been slightly better in terms of following back up with me to let me know how the process is going along as I had to call to find out sometimes. But in saying that the staff were always very friendly.

At the end of the day I paid Sweet Dreamz to help me with my forms and to claim for my uif and that’s exactly what they did. I was paid out everything that was owed to me (it did take forever but that was a department of labour issue) and I never queued once.
