Do yourself a favour and use their services. I was very hesitant to use an agency to assist with my maternity UIF as I have had very bad service with UIF agencies in the past. So I did my research but found so many mixed reviews that I mailed a few agencies with my queries. Sweet Dreamz responded very swiftly and I decided to go with them. They have been amazing. I had trouble getting my maternity payment from UIF as there were a couple of issues, but Sweet Dreams staff kept me up to date and identified what I needed to do and even assisted in this. I eventually received my money from UIF 4 months after my maternity leave, but that was no fault on the side of Sweet Dreamz, in fact I am not sure I would have ever received money if it was not for their assistance. They were upfront with all information as well as what they were able to do and what not, they always responded to my emails within a day regardless of the query and were always willing to assist. They made the process as easy and frustration-free as possible and I would highly recommend their services to any woman approaching maternity leave.
