Great service under the current circumstances

Very helpful, quick response to queries, very knowledgeable about UIF. I had the lite package where you need to follow-up yourself (I think the government doesn't allow companies to follow up on a client's behalf anyway) but I received clear instructions on following up from sweet dreams and received my UIF payment in 4 months which I guess is not bad considering the backlog with COVID.
