Bad service from Sweet Dreamz UIF
Wow ! This agency is the Prime example of BAD SERVICE 8months and waiting for my UIF claim to be resolved. This is a badly run business , according to owner they take on new business to keep the lights on , ( mind u with no regard to existing clients ) who have not had their issues taken care off. I would not recommend this business

Thank you for the review however you have taken conversations and changed the wording to suit you. Yes 8 since the start of maternity leave. however the documents were only received 3 months into your maternity leave. Claim was approved after employment history was updated.

26 Nov 2020, 22:05This agency has asked me to compete a form that says that my payment should be re-issued , why would I request my payment to be re-issued when I never got one in the first place , so above this correspondence trail is exactly what new mums can expect from this agency , over and above taking care of your new born adjusting post pregnancy , u have to deal with this type of behavior all day , no reassurance and most of all no resolutions, go sweet nightmares continue to blame your clientele for your lack of service let’s see what November 27th holds

26 Nov 2020, 22:13We cannot assist unless the form is submitted so unfortunately the 27th will be no different to the 26th without the form that the department have requested. Your intentions are absolutely clear. Our cotract does need to be read based on what was signed for we need that form to assist further.

If I abused this company it was because Kelly abused me first with slanderous remarks questioning how i raise my children etc. have it all on file , the person that called me supposedly from the UiF Well that was a joke in itself suddenly from being able to be resolved my case was suddenly complicated , I was also being requested personal information that I already submitted to sweet nightmares. The above is exactly how u can be expected to be treated by this company
