Bad dreams

Waste of time and money. I suggest this service to people who is really not in a hurry to receive their uif claims. I was recommended this service for my wife to do her maternity claim as they assist with not having to stand in a line or back and forth inconvenience and delays. To my surprise after receiving help via email it was requested to hand deliver all the documents to their offices which I dont understand why they cont print the documents on their end. After hand delivering the documents I was then informed days afterwards I needed to resubmit my documents as the details on the documents are incorrect which they could of informed via email before hand. I was then told their offices was closed and that I could only hand deliver after a couple of weeks and then they will submit my claim later. Thank God I was recommended to go to the labour department directly which I undermined, to my surprise recieved speedy professional service and my wife's claim was paid in a matter of two weeks. The claim was paid out couple of days later when the sweat dreams offices opened.

I am really disgusted by sweat dreams services and communication and when choosing their services l undermined the government service because of the bad reviews but then the labour department surprised me and the service is free.

Like I mentioned before this service are for people who is not in a hurry for their claim because when this services was suggested I was surprised to hear people only receiving their claim on their last month maternity which they dont have a problem with waiting but unfortunately this does not sit right with me.

This company should be called bad dreams
