Watch ****** at Swatch

I On 10.11.2014 I gave my Longines watch in for a service at Debbie Mouton jeweler. After 3 months I inquired the jeweler said that the watch was ****** from Swatch SA where it was supposed to be serviced. After many inquiries and 4 months, I have no answers or feedback not. My watch is gone after it was handed in at Swatch. I have no feedback, and when I inquire nly promises but no response.
