Terrible Product

<p>I bought a Tissot about 2 years ago. When I bought it, they told me how good this watch was. Well for the price of R6,500 it must be a good watch and not your standard watch. About 6 weeks ago the hour marker has become detached. It causes the watch to stop keeping time and the stop watch was also affected. It did not stop at 12 anymore but at 10 or later 8 after you reset it. When i took it back, I told them that this is the first watch losing the hour marker and it affected the functioning of the watch. They told me it was due to marks and scratches on the watch. It needs a full maintenance service. I received a quote and they asked me R1,840.01 to repair it. I rather buy some cheaper watch and replaces it if it brakes. This is the most expensive watch I have ever bought and thought it will last me for a lifetime. Unfortunately it was giving problems in the shortest time. Unfortunately I cannot associate quality with Tissot and they charge you 28% of the value of the watch to fix it and it needs a full maintenance service due to a bad product. They indicated all the scratches and marks on the watch on the quote. On the invoice, they do not mention anything about the real issue, the hour marker that has become detached. They stated all the scratches and marks, the watch's timekeeping is not within published tolerance and the watch needs a full maintenance service. Why? Due to the hour marker that has become detached. </p>
