Swatch group Sandton

If this is for the swatch group in Sandton then this is correct. EXTREMELY poor customer service. They don't email or call with any updates on your watch unless you nag them in person at the branch. My watch has been in for repairs since September 2021, it is now middle march and still in for repairs. I have received 2 emails as far as I can remember and sent about 5to 6. very poor
