Swatch Durban Gateway Theatre of Shopping -Zero customer service & Lack of responsibility

Swatch Durban Gateway Theater of Shopping!!!! I am so disappointed with the service i have received from SWATCH! I have always purchased my partners watches from SWATCH as he loves the brand however its the beginning of the third month since i gave in an old SWATCH stretch band requesting the discount to purchase a new SWATCH for him and i was told i would receive a call from SWATCH to inform me of collection. I waited the waiting period and a little more before attempting to contact the branch , to this date the telephone number provided just rings.

What poor service delivery .... I am shocked at the lack of interest shown to a customer.

Highly frustrated and disappointed by the service i have received.
