Poor workmanship

The CK dislodged in my Calvin Klein watch. This caused my watch to stop working because it got stuck in the moving mechanism. It is still under warrantee so I sent it in for repair. I received a shocking quote for R1900 and accusations that I dropped the watch. If I had dropped it so hard the glass would have cracked. I am just appalled by poor workmanship and the fact that Swatch wants me to pay for it.
