Poor quality goods

I was given a swatch watch as present in December 2013/2014 the watch was not working I thought it was the battery because I hardly wore it I look it to canal walk for repairs in December 2015 I received a call today to ay the watch mechanism is not working and cannot be fixed I own a gold guess watch that I got in 2010 I wear almost every day I replaced the battery twice !<br> I also bought my brother who's 11years old a watch from Swatch in 2014 it was black with white stitching the strap broke and stitching came out of it brought it to swatch and was told swatch only covers the mechanism not the strap !<br> <br> SWATCH PLEASE KEEP ALL YOUR CHEAP QUALITY WATCHES INCLUDING MY ONE THATS IN YOURLS POSSESSION BECASUE I WILL NEVER EVER BUY OR RECCOMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE A WATCH FROM YOU.
