No Answer and Cancel the call on me

I have called the Swatch shop in Menlyn 10 times and they either don't answer their phone or cancel the call.<br> <br> There is no way to leave a message so that people can get back to me.<br> <br> I have bought Swatch watches for the past 10 years and have always received excellent service therefore I find this experience deeply frustrating and disappointing.
