My order for a Watch band are not followed through

After visiting the shop in end September 2014 ( Renovating in progress) reporting my watch band broken . 1.Ordering one - no stock , but will order - no answer after 60 days.<br> 2.Went back start of December before my holiday - enquire on last order - they have no stock will order.<br> 3.Went back 2nde week of January 2015 - require again - no stock , will order.<br> 4.Went back today - still no stock - they will order .<br> My complaint with the lady at the shop , why do they take my details and do not come back to me. They have this ridiculous system where they write your name in a book with your tel nr , but it clearly does not work. <br> What do I have to do , to get a watch band after my 4th enquiry ( by the way this will be my 4th band in 6 years and I have had the leather band and rubber band<br> In the past 20 years I have only had a Swatch watches- 4 in total - very happy with the product.
