Great service at Swatch Pavilion branch in Westville

I replaced my Swatch watch at their branch in the Pavillion shopping centre in Westville about 6 years ago. A few years later, the second hand became detached and even though it was out of warranty, Swatch replaced it with a new one no questions asked. Then about 2 years ago I had a similar problem and once again the watch was replaced without charge. Last month , the watch started to lose time so I replaced the battery (I did it myself) but the watch continued to lose time so I went to Swatch at the Pavilion in Westville looking to buy a replacement. The staff asked to look at my existing watch and told me there was some corrosion around the battery which was probably the result of my inexpert attempt to change it. They then cleaned out the corrosion and installed a new battery and since then the watch has been working perfectly. So, a big thumbs up to Swatch for its great customer service and my particular thanks to the staff of their Pavillon branch who have over the years been really helpful and obliging.
