Fantastic amazing service! Bought a SWATCH watch at Dubai Duty Free 18 months ago. Watched stopped so I popped into SWATCH at Ballito Junction and friendly helpful staff replaced battery at no cost ( SWATCH policy = free batteries for life), cleaned and polished watch. A few weeks later the watch stopped again so I popped it back to be "repaired". However, SWATCH policy is to REPLACE not repair but I had lost the guarantee! "No problem" they said "give any form of proof" - my credit card statement was sufficient - and I love my replacement SWATCH as much as my first one!
