DO NOT buy from them!!!

Terribly disappointed in the ONLINE store! I ordered 2 watches online well with in the lead time indicated in order to receive before Christmas and needless to say I have still not received my order without any communication that the order is late. There was no contact details on my email confirmation other than a support email address which I mailed yet no reply. I eventually called the Waterfront store and was assisted by a lovely lady who also had her hands tied as the person in charge of online orders, a Michael Tlhapi, was also just ignoring her calls as he did with my email. I've left messages on their Facebook and Instagram in addition to emails with no response! For a leading brand your service ethics are atrocious!!! There are other customers who ordered around the same time I did who is in the same position. You deserve zero stars!!!
