Disgusting and unprofessional Service

<p>I took my watch for a battery change to Swatch Menlyn in February this year and in the process of doing so they damaged the crown. The staff that was helping me were unprofessional and gave contradicting statements . Their story changed from "we received the watch undamaged and we gave it back to you undamaged" to "we received the watch damaged when you gave it to us". I refused to take the watch and left it with them to fix. This was so frustrating , I even escalated the matter to their National Retail Manager who on the 5th of May promised to take my watch to the watchmaker to have a look at it and it's been over a month and I'm still without my watch. I'm livid and extremely irritated and annoyed by this lack of professionalism. All I want is to get my watch back in tact</p>
