disapointed in Swatch watches

<p>since i have been 14 years of age i had my first swatch watch . There after i bought about 7 diffrent swatch watches. about 3 years ago i bougt a Swatch watch at Pavillion swatch and about 9 months ago the watches knob fell off and i lost it. i did an enqureing and they told me they can fix the watch. My Parents went to Visit my Sister in Durban and took The Watch to Swatch Pavillion in 13th of May this year. For about 5 moths along i phoned to find out about the watch and there has been no awnser on what happend with the watch. My Sister went to the shop on the 10 th of November last Saturday 6 months later only to find out they never even fixed it. They never had any communication with me or my Sister telling me they cant fix it ? i mean Swatch cant put a kob back on the watch ? its very hard to belive. This has been the poorest servecie ever . Those watches are quite expencive and i cant belive that they can not fix it. Terrible . i will never buy a Swatch watch again. Fossil here i come.</p>
