Bad service and attitude

I ordered a Swatch watch strap that was priced at R450 at the time of ordering.When picking it up and getting it fitted today I was told it was suddenly R525 as the prices went up 2 weeks ago.The order was placed more than 2 weeks ago...pathetic they are unable to honor their quotation.<br> Not the first time I have had bad service from this branch,amazing how the branch manager was so blase about the situation.<br> And the guy in front of me was also complaining about another issue!<br> Great job guys,a real lesson in how to drive your customers away.
