Awesome service from Swatch Cresta

I have a Mimco watch that I love but couldnt wear anymore as I had lost the loops that go onto the straps. Desite going to Mimco and various watch stores, not one could help me with replacing it. I took a chance and walked into Swatch Cresta and asked the Swatch employee on duty if they sold these loops. She showed me the ones they had but they were all too small. She then went to look in their odd and ends box and found one that fits my watch. I asked her how much I owed and she said it was free, just a favour as it wasn't for sale, just an extra they kept n store from old stock. Made my day! Wish I could remember her name. She was working on 29 March 2018 at the Cresta branch. This employee deserves special recognition for going above the call of duty and doing it with a smile :)
