2 day old watch faulty and they don't want to enchange

<p>Hi there I bought a watch and 2 days later the face cracks, spoke to a guy at Clearwater mall shop and he said to bring it in and they will exchange it no problem only to find out when it was taken in the lady at the store now says no refund or exchange it has to be booked in for 6 weeks then they will make a decision. This is utterly unacceptable as it is 2 days old absolutely terrible service from the sales lady and the manager saying there is nothing else that can be done. If this is the after service then you guys are shocking. Slip and box was produced and had such a *** attitude at the shop it's horrific service. This needs to be addressed and sorted out ASAP</p>
