Wow bad service from swaatland
Ordered a window on 26 July through build it.... HS2112 size charcoal in colour. Window still not arrived.... spoken to sales agent Brian..... useless.. might be here in 2 weeks.... disgusting service. 8 weeks from order to MAYBE deliver.... bull****... won't ever use them again.... over priced.... **** service .... **** delivery..... **** communication..... Honestly so dissapointed, rather use some one else....

Thank you for sorting this all out. Once the issue was brought to your attention you have risen to the occasion and thoroughly addressed the issue.
I do apologize for allowing my fustrations to have been addressed on this platform. Lesson to be learnt is only post things when thinking clearly.
To my build it team thank you as always for the awesome help you alway have given to me and I apologize for you being caught in the so called cross fire.
