Does discramination feel like this?

This place is so deceiving when you look at the website and youtube videos, I called asked about spoke to a lady and she explain about the prices of the go karts and the party venue no mention was given that you had to book to go swim. On Sunday 2019-12-16 I decided to take my 2 kids to go karting as my son loves it plus I found a suitable place for all to relax, to my bitter dismay we packed and left bear in mind I have a swimming pool at home just thought it would be a nice family day out.

Upon arrival my Husband and I spoke to the old lady at the Kiosk where we inquired about the fees again, when we asked what the cost of the swimming pool I will never forget this woman’s stare at me thereafter she rep**** 35 adult and 25 kids when we asked to purchase tickets she said ‘’Oh you have to book I cant have 1000 people in my swimming pool’’ The horror shock on my face since in the pool was empty no one swimming and a white man sitting on the slide just chilling i took pictures to proof.

The entire place had no more than 40 people, I really felt discriminated at this point in my mind I could only think is it because we are black people why why just made no sense? Nowhere on their website http://www.swartkrans.co.za/ does it state you have to book the swimming pool, after the long drive my kids born in a free and democratic SA not understanding what just happened had to go home disappointed. My daughter saying but Mom there is no one swimming all I could say is ‘They’ have their rules not today.
