I placed an order on 25 August and to date I am still waiting on the delivery of my order! The invoice was for R753 but when I needed to pay on my banking app, it requested R903! Countless emails to them go unanswered and I fear that I have been ******** by these ****mers! All emails receive a robotic response of "we are reaching out to our Logistics Team". You get nothing more.

These people are marketing on Facebook; the payment that was suppose to be taken was more than what was advertised , payment went of my account successfully , now I get message saying the payment is incomplete, which seems like ****mers . 3 weeks have gone and no delivery. Should have checked the review first before ordering from these **** masters . they Email keep bouncing back - Dont order from Swaperfect

Shocking service!! pretty sure it is a ****. I ordered Slimming products for R600 was charged R800. After the payment they sent an email saying the payment did not go through which is clearly did. when i called them out on it, they said that the order was on the way . They advertise the product is made locally and there is an 8 day shipping period, well i have been waiting since 25 May and the written countless emails and they they keep telling me to track the parcel which has not moved since 10 June 2026. they do respond to the email i have sent but it seems like they are just stalling because it have not got any definitive answer. Very disappointing as i do not have a lot of money and i stuck my neck out to buy it and now i have nothing.
