Swannies towing

I advise everyone who ever phones this place to never use them, they are all rude and their customer service is sh*t.

I recently had to tow my car to them because I had no other choice. But they make empty promises and they try to skip vat by asking for cash instead of an EFT if you don't bring cash they add a callout fee and something else to make up for the money they would've lost. Over prized, rude and I'm so disgusted in them
