Supplier not linked to Hello Peter-now what?

As the supplier S****y Modes is not linked to Hello Peter, I was advised by you to contact the owner, which I did. He was unsympathetic and unhelpful and became abusive and threatened to sue me if I aired my complaint on Facebook as you advised. What are my rights in this regard? Thanks.
