Transfer process for an apartment

This people are ********. I bought an apartment last year December and i fully paid both the apartment and the transfer fee but its now almost 6 months and i have not gotten my title deed. The transfer process has not yet been finalized something that only takes 8 weeks is now taking half a year. I have been sending numerous emails and calling non stop but they never answer calls nor respond to my emails. There service is really bad. i regret a bought a property through them.
