Horrible service at Swanepoel Motors in Strand (salesman Morne)

Warning to all please don't buy a vehicle from Swanepoel Motors in Strand, my dad purchased a second hand vehicle from them for R26500 on the 14/10/2019 drove the car for 2days and on the 3rd day the car would not move forward only reverse. The gearbox was completely shot, we then contacted Mornè the salesman who had sold the vehicle to my day who advised he was on his way to JHB and would contact him the Friday which he never did. My dad contacted him and he said he would arrange with a mechanic to come through and fetch the car for repairs this was Monday, yesterday when my dad called again he was extremely rude and arrogant told my dad that he can go to the Ombudsman and he will waste his time and be stuck with the car for two years and still won't get anything right. My brother contacted him today and he said there's nothing he can do as he purchased and bike for 35k... Which is who's problem actually? Mornè and Swanepoel Motors your customer service sucks you are rude and condescending, you are ******** pensioners out of their hard earned retirement funds and then you have the audacity to laugh about it I hope no one ever does business with your despicable company ever again, God does not sleep you will lose 70x70 more than this.
