Unreliable service providers

I got a referral from a friend,to buy custom made furniture from swahiliwood interiors,got email from Emmanuel with quotation, made payment for my custom made dinning table and chairs,to date since payment made on the 13th July,am still awaiting my furniture,am calling the guy he keeps on giving me promises that production is on going,I was given a time frame of 3-4 weeks to date,I have nothing to point for the money I payed,swahiliwood interiors is posting videos day in and day out on Instagram,yet I have nothing on my side except proof of payment made in their account.
