Parcel GVAM6542, tracking number LM***CN.

On 24 October 2025 I ordered GLP-1 six in one from a Dis-Chem link on Facebook which directed me to Swagperfect which will handle the delivery. The product is made in Cape Town, South Africa, but according to the tracking number I received, it's shipped from China. After plenty of emails to support@swagperfect, I still not have an answer where my parcel is. I do my payment the same day I ordered and according to the tracking number it is still in transit from China. Please help. Regards Johannes HJ Ras.
