SWAADISHT Shallcross has become somewhat of the beacon of tantalizing treats when you are hungry or parched from your shopping spree at Ridge shopping mall. this weekend was no different when we were escorted into their air-conditioned section to indulge in their decadent cuisine. madam had the prawn platter biryani, whilst yours truly had the lamb vindaloo. Both dishes were textured to perfection and the portions allowed us to even take some away. The ambiance is reserved, calm and very relevant to the entire cuisine theme of the restaurant. to parch our thirst, we attempted one of their masala chai concoctions, which proved to be refreshingly grand. All in all, an excellent place were service is great and the food is complemented by the delicious disposition of the atmosphere.
