SWAADISHT FOODS-NEW GERMANY BRANCH-POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE--11:00-11:45 TUESDAY 12.09.2017

I want to lay a complaint for poor customer service at your branch in New Germany. Incident happened on Tuesday 12.09.2017 Bear in mind my lunch break is from 11:00-11:45 It takes me 5 minutes to get to Swaadish New Germany.

1) 11:10 I entered the store with my colleague at work Munya. The guy at the counter was busy doing paper work. Then he took 2 telephone orders whilst I waited in front of him. 2) 11:23 The guy served us whilst taking an order over the telephone. Order attached. We took a seat while our food was being prepared. 3) 11:40 No food. I went to him and asked where’s the food. He said it’s ready and gives me a take away when I ordered to sit in. He then takes the packet and tells the workers in the back to change it to a sit in. 4) 11:45 Food still not ready so I asked him to cancel the order and give my money back which he did.

I think that this is poor customer service. My colleague and I had to go back to work without having something to eat. We are very upset with the appalling service.
