poor service/spoilt food

I'm a regular swaardisht malvern client who buys their food atleast 2 times, each visit costs around R250-R350, the food is ok and i say that because sometimes i really enjoy it and other times its mediorce. anyway, yesterday i bought 4 x beef chownein & 1 chicken tikka, 1st off the tikka was dry and hard (but not the topic today), the issue was with the chowmeins, i bought the meals a little after 4pm and started to eat around 16:30pm/16:45 immedialy we felt something was not right, the beef was extremely tough and dry, the pasta felt oily and almost leatherlike, but i pegged down to another 1 of those "off days" at swaardisht. around 6pm the other members of our family opened their chowmeins (which was not kept in the fridge) we immediately smelt a soury stinch that was quite strong, after a very brave taste it seemed that the 2 hour old chowmein was spoilt.

So the next morning i took the food back to the shop, here the staff seemed to know exactly what had happened and immediatly started playing the blame game, they went on about how you cant refridgerate food that is warm & that the moisture droplets fall into the food and when you warm it it goes bad.. eventually when i was able to speak i explained that we noticed that the food spoilt literraly 2/3 hours after we had purchased it. Then i asked to see a manager, to which the reply was the manager is off, i then i asked for his number which they refused to give me, i asked for the owners number and they refused that as well. they said that i must leave my details and somebody will surely contact me... sadly this never happened. I have been very fair to this establishment but after this incident, i'm officialy done with swaardisht..
