PATHETIC SERVICE SWAADISHT FOODS NEW GERMANY!

The below incident (email) was sent/reported on 15th February 2022. The actual incident occurred on 14th February 2022. No resolution as yet.

Dear Swaadisht Owner

I was extremely disturbed and disappointed at the pathetic service received from your New Germany Road branch yesterday. These were the specific issues that we sadly experienced: 1) The wrong order was delivered. We received mutton curry instead of paneer matar. To add to this, we were vegetarian yesterday. 2) We had paid the full amount to the driver and then found that three soji was not packed into our order. 3) The person/s who took our order (Sajja) was very rude and was ignoring my call many times. 4) We ordered our meal at 16:15 and only received our correct order at 20:30 due to the issues stated above.

The above issues will be reported on Hello Peter, Facebook, Papers, etc. if not resolved urgently.

Kindly assist in resolving.
