Pathetic SERVICE

Dear SWAADISHT Umhlanga store .. if i had the option to rate your store service and attitude a ZERO ! I would.. What terrible service honestly.. i go on to the web page and i opted to take advantage of the TUESDAY SPECIAL .. and after sending my husband to your store.. umhlanga has a very rude man with no morals or values and speaks and screams like with absolute disrespect .. tells my husband they are the only store who does not have this deal .. however in umhlangas web page they offer it!! FALSE ADVERTISMENT!!!! So i call them and lucky me .. the rude man answers and gives me attitide .. screams to the kitchen complaining about me while im on the call hearing his entire conversation.. and tells me he doesnt offer this deal.. then i advise him to get his manager to call me .. whos call im still waiting for as its almost COB and no response.. my husband decides to call to see if the manager is on duty.. and another gentleman answers and advises that the manager was in however she left.. the manager calls and her attitude is just as poor as the the man we spoke to initially .. i do not think customer service is something that is practised at your establishment.. this is umhlanga have some class and respect for your patrons.. in any case this lady was just as useless and cut the call on my husband.. you guys are running a circus show honestly and will most definitely pass the word around.. i want answers .. i want a call ..
