Lamb karai gone wrong

Today we ordered a variety of things through uber eats. My favorite was lamb karai. I've eaten this dish numerous times and it is very tasty with a lot of ******. Today I ordered medium heat intensity.

Upon eating the meal it was horrible. Loaded with green peppers (which I've never seen before in this dish), and heat intensity was as good as nandos extra hot. I am able to eat hot food and this was way above.

Called the store to complain and got the manager who chooses to argue the fact that I asked for medium heat and that is how it's made. Claiming peppers as always been used in this dish.

Won't be ordering from them again.
