Complaint to Dept of Health

Hi Good evening

My name is Colin Abraham Tel *** The reason for my email is to lodge or get proper information regarding a complaint against a food outlet in my residential area of Queensburgh

On Friday afternoon at about 4pm we placed an order with a Local Fast Food Outlet, trading as Swaadisht Family Restaurant which is located in vicinity of Malvern, At the Engen Service Station Complex

To our disgust one of the Items Purchased and delivered approx 4.40pm namely a Chiicken Tikka burger with Chips Meal. On receipt of the food, my daughter who as hungry, as she had not eaten the whole day, attempted to eat her food. Only to find that the The chicken fillet was spoiled or no longer suitable for human consumption and obviously instead of being thrown out by the Restaurant was still sold for financial gain to an ******** Customer

This is also not the first time this has happened, but unlike the Previous occasions I was not going to let it go or accept this awful Service

I tried to call the restaurant with the hope of getting a resolution but the recipient iwho took my call on the other side of the line, showed, to put it plain and simple, a don't care attitude to the complaint

I am writing to you for assistance to.prevent another customer from suffering this terrible experience and trust that I have written to the correct Authoritty to take the necessary action on my behalf. Surely this is unacceptable practice I mour beautiful country if South Africa and should not be tolerated
