Appalling service - Swaadisht Bluff

Received the worst service from your Bluff branch, ordered my food at 16:30 , I was told my food would take 45 minutes, I called the store twice and they advised it's on it's way...my food arrives at 18:12. I called the store and explained to the lady that I didnt want my food ,she just said no problem, ofcourse it's a problem...dont take on so many orders if you cannot deliver ! Family day dinner ruined ,thank you so much !
