A massive error in messing up visas - nearly unable to board a cruise

www.svsinternational.com. Supposedly a visa application company in business for many years. Instead of issuing multiple entry visas for my wife and myself - they issued single entry visas. Arrived at the cruise terminal and was denied access to the cruise until multiple entry visas could be produced. This cost $546 in cash. Wrote to the company explaining their incompetence and they apologized. Then suggested that they refund a portion only. I disagreed and insisted that they refund the full amount as the cruise would have been ruined if the liner would not have fixed up the visa mess. After a few days the full amount was refunded. They were lucky, because had we been denied access to the cruise, they would have been liable for 2 return tickets plus the cost of the cruise which I would have pursued through any means possible. Not to be trusted.
