Poor poor service

Poor poor poor poor, the owner don't want to refund me now. She is not responding to my msgs, since Friday the 19th where she was supposed to come and fix the broken bed. She only reads the msgs and don't respond, all i want is my money now, i am sick and tired of her lies and excuses. I went to their Facebook page and complained there she immediately blocked me or deactivated the page. I totally don't recommend them to anyone, i don't want people to experience what i have experienced with these people. Now she don't want to refund me on the dresser that they couldn't make and i have paid for it. I have all proof of payments.
