At around 11h10 this morning, I received a call from someone claiming to be from SVJ Attorneys. The person would not reveal the reason why they are calling but expected me to hand out personal information(ID/DOB) to them. All they said was that it was regarding an arrears account but they would not confirm which account this was. . Further, I can count on my hand how many accounts I have had in my lifetime and as far as I know, everything is paid up to day So I probed again to ask what account this was concerning and again, the person refused to advise me who the account concerned. With so much ***** going on, it would be stupid of any person to just hand out personal information in this manner.
