Comrades Nightmare.

We were meant to travel to Durban for Comrades Marathon 2020 in June, however due to Covid-19 we could not. We had booked the entire house through one of our friends who is in constant communication with Erika. We have been on numerous occasions been trying to get our money back with no luck. Instead we are told we can postpone our trip instead of being given an option. We were never told that we can never get our money back if we even cancelled. We have stayed in this house the a few years during Comrades bit we are now being made fools by the management and owner(s). We want our payments as we do not owe the house and we are not planning to come this year nor want to be forced to return next year either. We have attempted being civil with this but to no avail. I would not recommend anyone to book without have documentations signed by them because now we are the ones who need to go pillar to post requesting for our money.
