Improper business practices

We would like to report SV 105 Trading | Virtual Productions for improper business conduct.

OFFGRID NGWENYA LOGISTICS (Pty) Ltd bid for a tender for supply of personal protective equipment to the National Department of Health. Unfortunately, the tender for the Protective Shield Mask turned out to be **********.

When we arrived at the National Department of Health Civitas Building, Cnr Thabo Sehume, and Struben Street, Pretoria. The security personnel explained to us that these people are **********. We explained our situation to the supplier and the salesperson Mr. Hastings Mathowa advised us that the refund will be an electronic transfer. Their driver returned with the Protective Shield Mask to their warehouse. After he spoke to his general manager Charlene Joao. We received an email that they will not be refunding us.

It seems that the company wants to gain financially from our misfortune. This took place on Wednesday, 29th July at their office at the N4 Gateway Industrial Park.

Two wrongs don't make it right.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated

Simphiwe N ordered 5 000 protective face masks from SV105 Trading, verified and paid for it, and completed the transaction for delivery to the National Department of Health. We sympathize with Simphiwe N. However, it is not our responsibility to protect clients against ********** tender processes.
