On the 03/06/2017, I took my vehicle to be repaired by Shaun at SV Motors. I paid 15K for my vehicle engine to be overhauled.
Till today I have not received my vehicle in the agreed running and working order as promised by Shaun. He initially stated that the vehicle will be repaired in 2 weeks.

(Tuesday) 12/09/2017- Message from Shaun to state while my vehicle was being delivered, there was a knocking sound and that it will be fixed and ready by Friday, 15/09/2017. (IF YOU DID DO AN EFT YOU WOULD KNOW) 02/10/2017 - I ask for feedback on the EFT done and contact details for the engineer to follow up on my own. I wasn't given either of what I requested. A POP was sent but no money cleared. I was sent a FRADULENT pop. Apparently this was done by his sister because he didn't have money. 08/10/2017 - 13/10/2017: Still given the run around for my vehicle and the ********** POP. 14/10/2017: Message from Shaun stating he needs the original LogBook to do the police clearance. 16/10/2017: Message from Shaun stating he needs the original LogBook to do the police clearance at this point I asked him a direct question as to whether my vehicle is fixed and running to which he stated YES. 23/10/2017: I ask for feedback as to when I would have my vehicle, I was told that he has a family emergency, she daughter was in hospital. 24/10/2017: Message from Shaun to state that everything will be sorted out today.
Till today:- - I have not received my vehicle. - The ********** POP seems to have been forgotten.
My resolution:- - My vehicle be handed back to my in running/working condition. -Police clearance for the new "block" -New registration papers showing the new engine number.
if not I be refunded my total amount of 15K.
If the above is not met:- - I open up a case at the police station. -I report this to RMI. -I take this to social media. -The ********** POP together with my case number be handed to the ***** unit for them to investigate. They may just uncover more than just a ********** POP.
