Suzuki says they are cheap

I took my suzuki dzire for its first service with 15,000km. Normal service but I told them to fix 3 things, the car being under warranty and all.... The FM button on the radio stopped working. The window spray nozzle doesn't function properly, which is a safety concern as I cannot see. The brakes has a scratching sound like it is wobbly.

Guess what, the didn't fix it. I took the car back a week later and took off from work again. When I went to pick up the car, guess what....they didn't fix it.

I'm told that that is just how it is because it is not a BMW, and it is a cheap car with noises.

Think for yourself, don't buy a suzuki people.
