Zero rated, would never recommend

Bought my car at this dealership last year and on the 13th of March 2026 I took it for its first service. They scratched my car on the left passenger door and when I raised it, they referred me to Derick Duplessis, the Service Manager for Suzuki strijdom Park. Derrick has been non responsive even after 3 emails.

Would not recommend this dealership to anyone, the guy who helped me get my car has unfortunately left so I cant even reach out to him. The way the service manager acts shows there's very poor customer service. When a car is scratched or damaged at service then the dealership is liable to fix it and so far they've been ducking accountability.

I'm so disappointed, would rate them a Zero if it was an option. 🚮
